1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip through Gotta Luv Travel, LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

 

2. Role of Gotta Luv Travel, LLC
Gotta Luv Travel, LLC acts as an intermediary between the client and travel service providers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, and activity providers). We facilitate bookings and provide travel-related insights and recommendations. However, we do not operate or control the services provided by these third parties.

 

3. Limitation of Liability
Gotta Luv Travel, LLC will make every effort to ensure that your travel experience is convenient and enjoyable. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by (but is not limited to) any wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the service providers related to your booking or in the provision of services, or arising from any other cause beyond our control.
- Issues arising from acts of God, war, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical failures, or construction activities.

4. Client Responsibility
It is the client's responsibility to:
- Review and verify all travel documents, itineraries, and invoices promptly after receiving them.
- Ensure compliance with all passport, visa, health, and other travel requirements.

 

5. Force Majeure
Gotta Luv Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement during any period in which such performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, or pandemics. 

 

6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all our clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential losses, including those related to medical expenses, trip cancellation, and lost or delayed baggage.

 

7. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be in writing. The cancellation terms will depend on the travel service providers' policies. Gotta Luv Travel, LLC is not responsible for supplier policies regarding cancellation penalties.  In addition to any travel service providers cancellation fees, Gotta Luv Travel, LLC will charge a $150 cancellation fee.

 

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

9. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

10. Amendments
Gotta Luv Travel, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
